Tax is charged once, on the top-up — spending credit afterwards is a drawdown, not a second charge, so the per-token rates below are the exact amounts taken from your balance. Per million tokens, drawn from your credit balance. There is no separate platform fee, seat charge, or minimum spend. VAT was already accounted for when you topped up, so these are the exact amounts deducted.
